The fires in Los Angeles (my home) have been absolutely devastating. So many people and communities have experienced heartbreaking losses.

In times like this, it’s more important than ever to hold space for ourselves and for each other, offer up our prayers, and tap into the healing power of community.

In this session Cari will guide you to regulate your nervous system, get centered and grounded, and send healing energy out to not just LA, but to the world.
