My Journey

As a lifelong seeker of growth, I’ve immersed myself in practices and teachings that blend the wisdom of ancient traditions with cutting-edge techniques. My training includes the Institute for Coaching Mastery, ICF, The Chopra Center, Revelation Breathwork, Human Design, EFT, Polyvagal Theory, and the Hoffman Process. I’ve also received shamanic training and initiation from master indigenous teachers.

Each of these modalities informs my approach, but at the heart of my work is a deep belief in your ability to heal, grow, and create a life that lights you up.

I also bring a unique gift—the ability to channel creativity and inspiration from something greater.
