A few years ago, after leading a room full of workshop participants through a guided meditation, someone walked up and asked me: “Can I please keep you in my pocket all day so you can “meditate me” whenever I need it?”

Since that’s not possible, here’s the next best thing: I have recorded some of my most powerful meditations and “mindful moments” for you to access anytime you need. Whether you are feeling anxious, stressed, or simply seeking relaxation, these will help. Anywhere from 2 to 25 minutes, you can choose the length and topic that feels best for you in this moment.
